It is with great regret that I must inform you that come here so often, that Bill Howard the owner of this web page passed away yesterday May 8, 2008 at 4:30 in Florida.
I have decided to keep the page up in Bills memory for those that use this page all the time. It will be kept open on a donation basis. If you use it please throw me a bone once in awhile.
